Author Question: Did ANYONE in Congress read this 1100 page spending bill before they voted for it? (Read 4044 times)

If congress read all the bills that come before them, they would never get anything done.  That is the reason why you find out a week later what is really in a bill.  Does anyone remember the Patriot Act?  No one read that yet it passed quicker then the latest spending bill.
