Several different, important elements have been discussed in this chapter: intraservice time, typical time, the nature of the presenting problem, and selecting the overall level of E/M service. Identify at least one of the elements discussed in chapter 13 that you find challenging. Specifically identify the elements as well as what you do find to be the most challenging.
