The most common cause of vaginal inflammation and discharge in teenage girls is:
 
  1. Bacterial vaginosis.
   2. STIs.
   3. Urinary tract infections.
   4. Vulvovaginitis.

3. Urinary tract infections do not resolve on their own and usually do not cause vaginal inflammation.
