Answer to Question 1

A, B, E
Hospice care can provide medical equipment and care, but is also a support to the family in the day-to-day communication and grief. Hospice does not help with funeral planning, and the focus of care is on the patient and the family.

Answer to Question 2

B, D, A, C, E
To administer a dose from a MDI, the patient should shake the container several times, tilt the head back and exhale, close the lips around the mouthpiece and release medication while inhaling, hold the breath for 5 to 10 seconds, wait for 1 to 2 minutes and repeat, and rinse the mouth.
