Answer to Question 1

C
Babies with intracranial hemorrhage have a poor sucking reflex. They do not need any more nutrients or affection than any other child. They are not likely to eat too much because of their poor sucking reflex and the tendency to vomit.

Answer to Question 2

B
The nurse will greet the child at eye level. Towering over the child is frightening. The nurse should be warm and friendly. The nurse should be calm and unhurried when talking with the child and family.
