The pregnant client was assessed at her initial prenatal visit, and her diet was found to be low in nutrients. Prenatal supplements were prescribed by the Certified Nurse-Midwife.
 
  At her second prenatal visit the client states that she does not want to take all these supplements. What recommendation should the nurse make for the client? (Select all that apply.) A. Folic acid has been found to be essential for minimizing the risk of neural tube defects.
