The inappropriate behaviors,such as drug and alcohol use or past use,also place the child at risk,but the use of firearms is more risky. A latchkey child needs special attention but in the situations given is not at highest risk.

Rationale:Children between the ages of 2 and 3 years can do the above selected activities,scribble and draw on paper,kick a ball and goes up and down the stairs.Children who are between the ages of 3 and 4 years can feed themselves.
