Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback:
Donor sperm (alternative insemination by donor) is used if the man has no sperm. There is no evidence to support that the chance of conception is slight with artificial insemination. Embryo transfer is for the female partner who does not produce ova. Artificial insemination is useful for many different situations.

C Although family therapy is indicated when dysfunctional family relationships
exist, the primary focus of therapy for eating disorders is to help the adolescent
cope with complex issues.
D The focus of treatment in individual therapy for an eating disorder involves
restructuring cognitive perceptions about the individual's body image.
