C March is the correct month, but instead of adding 7 days, 17 days were added.
D April 17 is subtracting 2 months instead of 3 months.

Answer to Question 2

A
Premature infants born before the gestational age of 36 weeks lack surfactant, so they are treated with surfactant replacement if they experience respiratory distress syndrome. Sodium bicarbonate is to treat the respiratory acidosis that accompanies respiratory distress syndrome. Betamethasone and Indomethacin are not used for respiratory distress syndrome.

This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
