A woman states that she does not want any medication for pain relief during labor. Her doctor has approved this for her. What is your best response to her concerning this choice?

A Spermicide should be used inside the cap as an additional chemical barrier.
B The cervical cap should remain in place for 6 hours after the last act of inter-course.
