Why does Bill Gates says that nonprofit colleges should learn from for-profit colleges?
 
  a. because for-profit colleges do not admit some of the toughest students
  b. because for-profit colleges provide better teacher benefits
  c. because for-profit colleges provide top-notch student support systems
  d. because for-profit colleges screen potential students more effectively
