Answer to Question 1

ANS: A
Anemia is a symptom that can be caused by many disease states. It is not a disease that explains low hemoglobin. The other answers are incorrect.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: A, B, C, D
Decreased urine output, edema, fever, and pain over the donor kidney site are all signs of possible rejection. The child would have a weight gain related to the edema.
