Answer to Question 1

Intangibility means that services cannot be touched or sensed in the same manner as physical goods.

Inseparability reflects the interconnection among the service provider, the customer involved in receiving the service, and other customers sharing the same service experience.
Heterogeneity refers to the variation in consistency from one service transaction to the next.

Perishability reflects the challenge that services cannot be saved, their unused capacity cannot be reserved, and they cannot be inventoried.

Answer to Question 2

True
