Answer to Question 1

A belief system can set rules of conduct and ethics, indicating how one should interact with others. It can tell people how to live their lives and can answer questions about the nature of reality. Certain religious belief systems answer spiritual questions. A culture's belief systems can affect product design, sales practices, and business negotiations; therefore, international marketers must pay close attention to them.
