Question 2

Lourdes works an average of 20 hours per week at a restaurant for 7.50 an hour. She is also a full-time student and needs about 20 hours per week for homework and extracurricular activities. In exchange for the privilege of driving her parents' car, Lourdes agrees to detail (wash, wax, vacuum, and touch up) the car twice a year. She usually spends six hours and 25.00 in supplies each time she cleans the car. The local detail shop charges 125.00 and can do it in two hours. Considering all the above factors, including lost wages, how much will she save for the year if she details the car herself?
