Answer to Question 1

Small businesses usually use this method because of resource scarcity. They usually cannot or refuse to borrow money to finance a marketing communications campaign.

Answer to Question 2

The objective-task method of allocating expenditures for marketing communications is considered to be the ideal methodbut also the most tedious. It is tedious because it is based on a precise account of how much money is needed to build a marketing communications campaign that will meet certain communications, marketing, and/or corporate objectives.

This condition is progressive and worsens with time. More than 100 million people in the United States are nearsighted, but only 20% of those are born with the condition.
