Answer to Question 1

True

Answer to Question 2

B
Although this type of off-price retailers are popular in the United States and Canada, in the rest of the world, there are only limited possibilities, other than store sales, for purchasing brand names at a discount. For example, Hugo Boss has an outlet store in Southern Germany, close to its factory, near Stuttgart, and Zurich has a famous designer outlet mall; Italy also has a few outlet stores for its famous designers. None of these examples come close in depth and variety to the North American off-price retailer presence, but that is about to change, as more and more international consumers demand similar deals as the ones offered in the United States.
