Answer to Question 1

Many economists argue that immigrants have no impact on wages; some argue that there is a wage depression of about 3, mostly impacting the wages for the least educated citizens.

Answer to Question 2

Most refugees from developing countries move to nearby developing countries. Voluntary migrants from developing countries move to industrialized countries.
