Answer to Question 1

Liberal feminists work to create more opportunities within the existing social structures, such as politics, employment, and education. Radical feminists desire more comprehensive social change; issues related to sexuality, as well as violence against women, were areas in which radical feminists made a significant impact.

Answer to Question 2

Sexual harassment consists of unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature. It can occur when an employee's submission to unwelcome sexual conduct becomes an explicit condition of employment or when personnel actions such as promotion, transfer, compensation, or discipline are determined on the basis of an employee's response to such conduct. It can also occur when a hostile work environment is created.
