Answer to Question 1

Most people in the industrialized world can expect to live until about age 75. People in Least Industrialized Nations often die before they reach age 40.

Answer to Question 2

Dependent children must have the endorsement of their parents to be considered too sick to attend school, church, or other required activities. Physicians are required to verify that adults qualify to be excused from work (usually three days or more), to endorse disability claims, and verify allegations of injury on the job.
