As you are treating a patient who has had blunt trauma to the chest, during transport, oxygen saturation is falling and the patient is experiencing hemoptysis. Lung sounds are clear and equal bilaterally, but diminished due to painful breathing. You suspect:
 
  A) simple pnuemothorax.
  B) cardiac tamponade.
  C) tension pnuemothorax.
  D) pulmonary contusion.
