dislocations/subluxations, fractures, contusions, sprains, strains, impingements, and inflammations such as tendonitis or bursitis

Answer to Question 2

They are the subclavian (collarbone), axillary (armpit), brachial (upper arm), and radial and ulnar (forearm).
