Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

Teachers' goals, objectives, and lessons should attempt to improve both academic self-concept and achievement. Academic self-concept can be strengthened by praising students when they produce high quality work, particularly on difficult tasks. Achievement can be improved by teaching students when and how to employ self-regulated learning skills.
