What is a common result when a manager attempts to make all decisions and control nearly all staff behaviors?
 
  A. Staff members appreciate the manager's involvement in their daily activities.
  B. Growth and creativity occur faster.
  C. Embarrassing behaviors by staff members are eliminated.
  D. The manager probably will be accused of micromanaging.

As a manager, you happen to observe something. You see one of your staff members using the copier where she appears to be running off eight copies of what appear to be invitations to her son's birthday party.
 
  You have never known her do anything like this in the past. The best way to handle the situation probably would be to:
   A. Pretend you didn't see it and do nothing.
   B. Move the copier to where a secretary can supervise all copying.
