Norming stage: The key behaviors are cooperativeness, conformity to standards and expectations, heightened interpersonal attraction, and ignoring disagreements. Storming stage: The key behaviors are coalitions or cliques being formed, competition among team members, disagreement with the leader, and challenging others' points of view. Performing stage: The key behaviors are high mutual trust, unconditional commitment to the team, mutual training and development, and entrepreneurship.
