Domain-relevant skills pertain to any task requires certain talents, knowledge, or skills. Those skills and abilities we already have constitute the raw materials of creativity. Creativity-relevant skills move beyond the basic skills, into being creative and require additional skills; that is, special abilities that help people to approach what they do in novel ways. Intrinsic task motivation focuses on the level of desire to do work because it interesting, engaging, or challenging. People are most likely to be creative when they are passionate about their work.
