Answer to Question 1

D

Answer to Question 2

According to goal-setting theory, there are two major consequences of goals that, together, lead to high levels of motivation and performance. First, specific goals lead to higher performance than do no goals or vague goals. Second, difficult goals lead to higher motivation and performance than do easy or moderate goals.
