Answer to Question 1

A common source of stress is the conflict between work and family; both of these roles require full-time commitment and results in role juggling. Role ambiguity occurs when the employee is uncertain as to what is required, and overload results from trying to do more work than is humanly possible. In the workplace, stress is caused by occupational demands, responsibility for others, and feelings of isolation.
