 Negotiate for realistic deadlines.
 Learn about upcoming events and get lead time to prepare.
 Find time each day to relax.
 Take a walk.
 Reduce unnecessary noise.
 Reduce the amount of trivia in one's job.
 Limit interruptions.
 Deal with distasteful problems as soon as possible.
 Make a constructive worry list with possible solutions for each problem.
