 There are clear benefits to having diverse viewpoints.
 You can better understand the needs of diverse customers.
 There are turnover costs to losing women and minorities to the competition.
 You will have a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining well-qualified
employees.
 Diversity can contribute to profitability.

True. This is accurate. This gap motivates people to work toward the ideal.
