Directive has a low tolerance for ambiguity and seeks rationality, is efficient and logical, makes decisions fast, and has a focus is on the short run. Analytic has a greater tolerance for ambiguity, desires more information and more alternatives, are careful decision makers with the ability to adapt to new situations. Conceptual has a very broad outlook, considers many alternatives, their focus is long range, and they are creative problem solvers.
