Answer to Question 1

FALSE

Answer to Question 2

Unauthorized access occurs whenever people who are not authorized to see, manipulate, or otherwise handle information look through electronically stored information files for interesting or useful data, peek at monitors displaying proprietary or confidential information, or intercept electronic information on the way to its destination. The following are a few examples from recent media reports:
1. Employees steal time on company computers to do personal business.
2. Intruders break into government Web sites and change the information displayed.
3. Thieves steal credit card numbers and Social Security numbers from electronic databases, and then use the stolen information to charge thousands of dollars in merchandise to victims.
4. An employee at a Swiss bank steals data that could possibly help to charge the bank's customers for tax evasion hoping to sell this data to other countries' governments for hefty sums of money.

Though methadone is often used to treat dependency on other opioids, the drug itself can be abused. Crushing or snorting methadone can achieve the opiate "rush" desired by addicts. Improper use such as these can lead to a dangerous dependency on methadone. This drug now accounts for nearly one-third of opioid-related deaths.

It is believed that the Incas used anesthesia. Evidence supports the theory that shamans chewed cocoa leaves and drilled holes into the heads of patients (letting evil spirits escape), spitting into the wounds they made.
