Answer to Question 1

Abstract reasoning is the ability to make and manipulate models. Constructing a model of the five components of an information system is an example of abstract reasoning.
Systems thinking is the ability to model the components of the system and to connect the inputs and outputs among those components into a sensible whole, one that explains the phenomenon observed. Modeling system components and showing how components' inputs and outputs relate to one another is an example of systems thinking.

Answer to Question 2

FALSE
Explanation: Agile methodologies focus more on an adaptive, rather than predictive approach to systems development.
