Answer to Question 1

Enforcing referential integrity has an effect on three common database actions. It forces a user to insert data in a certain order. There must be an existing value in the primary key table before related records can be entered in the foreign key table. It also effects updates. One cannot change a primary key that has related records in a child or foreign key table. One also cannot update a foreign key column in the child table except to change it to the value of an existing primary key in the primary key table. When it comes to deletes, one cannot delete a record from a primary key table until all the related records in the foreign key table have been deleted first.

Answer to Question 2

TRUE

Your skin wrinkles if you stay in the bathtub a long time because the outermost layer of skin (which consists of dead keratin) swells when it absorbs water. It is tightly attached to the skin below it, so it compensates for the increased area by wrinkling. This happens to the hands and feet because they have the thickest layer of dead keratin cells.
