Answer to Question 1

First, one would identify all the requirements and business rules. Then, for each rule, one would design a test, perhaps an SQL statement. For each test, one would identify the expected results. Then the test would be conducted and the results compared to the expected results. If they are the same it should be noted. If they are different, then the results should be noted and the database should be reviewed and restructured to achieve the desired results.
