Answer to Question 1

First, one would identify all the requirements and business rules. Then, for each rule, one would design a test, perhaps an SQL statement. For each test, one would identify the expected results. Then the test would be conducted and the results compared to the expected results. If they are the same it should be noted. If they are different, then the results should be noted and the database should be reviewed and restructured to achieve the desired results.

Answer to Question 2

FALSE

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
