Answer to Question 1

A

Answer to Question 2

The Value Chain model looks at firms in terms of five primary activities (inbound logistics, outbound logistics, operations, marketing and sales, and service) and four supporting activities (procurement, technology development, human resource management and firm infrastructure). IT can be used to add value at every activity, so ideas can be generated for plans to strengthen the value chain through information.
