Market research in collaboration with the human resources department can analyze salaries (price) in the external market and adjust salaries accordingly. Nurse leaders and managers are responsible for promoting the merits of nursing service internally and externally. Distinctions and services may be important to current staff and new hires, but nurses need to feel valued.
