You would like to be able to tailor grades based on individual student needs, especially for those children who have special needs. You care more about monitoring their accomplishments towards the goals of the curriculum than being able to compare the scores of students to one another. You realize that it may take more work on your part to make sure students are working on the skills that they need to and are making progress towards them but you think this will be very beneficial especially for children with special needs. What kind of grading procedure are you likely to implement?
