Answer to Question 1

ANS: A
While all of these criteria are important for faculty, ease of use and tool set are the most important. The installed base and integration, cost and scalability, and ease of use and installed base are generally more important to the technology staff and administration.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: C
Without matching goals and objectives of distributive education to the mission and goals of the institution, resources will not line up correctly, which is a recipe for failure. A successful program requires commitment from faculty and appropriate institutional resources and will cost money; it may or may not make money for the institution.
