reviewers would include identifying areas of strength as well as areas for professional/practice
development. After the peer review and discussion, the peer group would make their decision
concerning your promotion recommendation.

According to Benner's Professional Nursing Pathway, you would be considered a competent nurse.
Competent nurses are also qualified to serve as preceptors.
