Answer to Question 1

Ans: A, B, D
Feedback:
In Lewin's model of change, the change process can be visualized as three steps: unfreezing the status quo, changing or moving to a new state, and refreezing to sustain the change or changes made. Force field analysis is a tool used to identify forces that enforce the status quo, not to actually enforce the status quo. The purpose of using levers of change is to increase driving forces and/or to decrease restraining forcesleverage points identified in the force field analysis.

Answer to Question 2

Ans: D
Feedback:
Mainstream interventions effect change at the population or community level, as in this scenario. Upstream interventions effect change at the societal, environmental, or policy level. Downstream interventions effect change at the individual level. There is no sidestream system level.

Although the Roman numeral for the number 4 has always been taught to have been "IV," according to historians, the ancient Romans probably used "IIII" most of the time. This is partially backed up by the fact that early grandfather clocks displayed IIII for the number 4 instead of IV. Early clockmakers apparently thought that the IIII balanced out the VIII (used for the number 8) on the clock face and that it just looked better.
