What have been the major policies toward abortion and women's health adopted by Texas since 2011? How have abortion clinics been affected? How about low-income women?

2. Explain how the 2013 law has led to the closing of many abortion clinics.
3. Explain how lower-income women have been disproportionally affected by policy, particularly the 2012 rule about the Medicaid Women's Health Program.

1. Explain the Court's ruling that the inequitable finance system for public schools was unconstitutional, that it did not meet the requirement for an efficient system of public education.
