2, Factors that led to the creation of new government agencies include industrialization, urbanization, immigration, economic problems, and involvement in wars.
3, Provide one or more examples to illustrate the needs that government agencies were created to fulfill, such as those designed as part of Roosevelt's New Deal to bring the country out of the Depression, or those designed in response to the energy crisis of the 1970s and the needs of veterans.
