1, Recall that the Framers had five primary objectives in framing the Constitution.
2, Identify those objectives, including resolving disputes over representation, encouraging public input, protecting commerce and property, creating legitimacy, and providing a coordinated approach to international relations and national defense.
3, Explain how those objectives are evident in the different articles of the Constitution.
