2, Identify Santa Clara Countyv.Southern Pacific Railroad(1886) as the case in which the Supreme Court held that corporations were persons under the Fourteenth Amendment.
3, Discuss how the Court in Santa Clara, and later in Lochnerv.New York(1905), held that labor regulations infringed on the liberty protected by the Fourteenth Amendment.
