ANS: Individualism values competition, assertiveness and independent achievement. Collectivism values community, working together, and problem solving as a community.

Answer to Question 2

ANS: The Kiribati stated, matter of factly that they should just stop using up the generators as often and find other sources of energy. The industrial worldview is to consume while finding other sources of energy and use the most cost effective strategy.
