How does herding or pastoralism differ from the keeping of livestock practiced by cultivators?
 
  a. Herders do not rely on their animals for income in the way that cultivators do.
  b. Pastoralists rely on natural pasturelands within their territories to feed their animals.
  c. Herders do not practice any other form of production and cultivators keep livestock.
  d. All of these are differences between herders and cultivators.
