ANSWER:
Collective society occurs when individuals all share the same views and beliefs and operate from the same perspective. The only major differentiations are by age and gender, and there is a strong level of collective consciousness. Individualist society is made up of individuals who all have different spheres of work and can be quite different from each other. They are dependent on each other and sometimes suffer anomie. Both are types of relations between society and culture.
