Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback:
This principle is central to all nursepatient interactions because the quality of this relationship depends on trust and integrity. Veracity is truthfulness; withholding information violates it.

Answer to Question 2

C
Feedback:
Attention must be paid to stimulation of senses during the daylight hours. Music in the client's room can be used intermittently to block out other noises, but continual use and continual room lighting interfere with sleepwake cycles.
