Answer to Question 1

A
Feedback:
An oil retention enema may be prescribed to assist with an impaction. The stool must be removed (gently) as impaction must be removed for the client to be able to vacate their bowels. Internal massage may stimulate a movement; a bag will not assist with the evacuation of the bowel.

Answer to Question 2

D
Feedback:
Most old people are well, only a small minority are senile, and only a minority have income from a private pension plan. Many retain a healthy interest in sex.
